Van rental policies and guidelines
All drivers must hold a valid international or local driver’s license and present a government-issued photo ID at the time of booking.
Each van rental includes basic insurance coverage to protect passengers. Additional coverage can be requested for extended trips or special events.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments. Group bookings may arrange invoicing for convenience.
Bookings may be modified or canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up without additional charges. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.
To maintain comfort and cleanliness, smoking and pets are not allowed. Exceptions may be arranged with prior approval.
